Under the leadership of David Sessions, the CASLE Development Group has created over 18 buildings containing in excess of 1 million square feet. These have included industrial, office, R & D and medical office buildings within the central Connecticut region. Currently included in our portfolio are land developments in Canton CT, Windsor CT and Grafton, MAthat offer attractive, master-planned business parks.

We have provided development-consulting services to a number of clients in the region to support their real estate activities including project feasibility studies, site location identification and comparative cost studies.
