Over the past 30 years, The CASLE Corporation has provided a wide range of construction management, design, property management and portfolio management services in the Connecticut marketplace.
Construction Management - CASLE has constructed a number of prominent buildings in the marketplace including the Hartford Hospital Surgery Center in Blue Back Square, Gateway Medical Office Campus in Glastonbury, the ECHN @ Evergreen Campus in South Windsor, the Connecticare Headquarters complex in Farmington and other office and industrial buildings.
Design - Our architect, John W. Manners, AIA, has designed buildings containing over 2 million square feet of all types but has a specific focus and expertise in medical office facilities.
Property Management - Our management team headed by John Kulik manages a portfolio of properties containing over 700,000 square feet and that is broken down into 80% medical office facilities, 10% general office buildings and 10% research and development buildings.
Development - David Sessions has successfully developed the portfolio of buildings that we manage. Over the past 15 years, CASLE has emerged as one of the largest developers of medical office facilities in the Connecticut marketplace.

News and Notes:
1. The CASLE Ski Race team placed 2nd out of 18 teams that participate in the Connecticut Industrial Ski Council league! This the second year out of the last 3 that we have placed second. A number of our racers reigned as state champions in their respective classes. We have participated for over 20 years with the league that skis at Ski Sundown on Tuesday nights. And yes... there was snow there this year.
2. Lisa Samia recently published a book entitled "Don't Be Afraid of Turning Fifty". She has been featured in interviews on Channel 3 (with Scott Haney) and Channel 8. Many of us at the firm are afflicted with this condition... turning 50 that is.
3. The music series operated by David Sessions is nearing completion of its 5th year! Entitled "Nights at the Beekley" it features some of the finest singer-songwriters in the country and benefits the Beekley Memorial Library. Our thanks to a number of CASLE staff and supporters for coming out to a number of fun evenings. The last concert is April 28 and features a woman named "New England Female Performer of the Year" - Liz Longley.
4. CASLE announced the purchase of the building at 76 New Britain Avenue in Hartford, CT and the commencement of the project there to deliver a new clinical office building for the Connecticut Children's Medical Center.
