David
W. Sessions
Dave is President of the firm and with Ron Leathers founded
the company 20 years ago. He has over 24 years of experience
in commercial real estate development and construction
and received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury
College in Middlebury, VT in political science/history
and his law degree from George Washington University in
Washington, D.C. Dave has been active in a number of professional
and community organizations - Chairman, Board of Finance
- Town of New Hartford; Chairman, Steering Committee New
Hartford Memorial Library; Chairman, Town Hall Building
Committee, New Hartford; President, Farmington Valley
Arts Center; President, Farmington Valley Association
for Retarded and Handicapped (FAVARH). He recently was
a featured speaker before the Hartford Real Estate Exchange
on "Development of Medical Office Buildings".

John
W. Manners, AIA
John is the principal architect of CASLE and JWM Architectural
Group, and has over 21 years experience in architecture.
Prior to joining the company, John had been a client of
CASLE working on a number of design/build healthcare projects
with our firm on behalf of New Britain General Hospital.
As a principal architect at CASLE he has designed a number
of buildings including Clinical Lab Partners core lab
facilities (30,000 sf in Newington), Advanced Reprographics
building (8,000 sf in Plainville); and the Hartford Hospital
Health Care Center - Glastonbury (32,000 sf). He received
his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
(RPI) in architecture.

William
A. Wadsworth
Bill is a Vice-President of the Company and Project Manager.
He joined the company over 14 years ago and has managed
a number of complex and challenging projects. The most
recent projects have included Clinical Lab Partners headquarters
(30,000 sf specimen processing laboratory); Trumpf Campus
buildings (3 buildings; 241,000 sf; production facility
and training center); ebm Industries (2 buildings; 237,000
sf; corporate headquarters, production center and warehouse
operation); Lake Compounce Amusement Park (buildings and
site reconfiguration); Tunxis Community College (85,000
sf campus reconfiguration). He received his undergraduate
degree from the University of Connecticut in mechanical
engineering. Bill has been active in a number of community
organizations including Member - Town Council of the Town
of Farmington; Member - Building Committee for the Farmington
Fire Department.
