The management of the process that builds or renovates
an industrial or commercial facility requires the skill
of experienced professionals. The creation of an organization
that provides those services in that professional manner
has been the cornerstone of CASLE
over its 20+ year history. We have attracted a diverse
group of professionals who can guide any owner through
the pitfalls that can befall a construction project. Our
goal is simply the success of the project for the client
and this can only be accomplished by working together
as a team with the client and architect.
Since 1981, CASLE
has managed the construction of buildings containing in
excess of 4 million square feet. The website presents
photographs of a large number of successful projects completed
by CASLE
over this time. Our projects have included industrial
buildings, offices, medical offices, educational facilities,
libraries, churches, laboratories and many other specialty
uses. Our clients range from some of the region's largest
employers (Hartford Hospital, Otis Elevator, Alstom Power,
NCR Corporation) and large international firms with presences
in the Hartford marketplace (Trumpf, ebm Industries) to
small industrial and office users.
The Construction Management Group
is led by Vice-President Bill Wadsworth who oversees the
in-house project management team and the day to day construction
activity.
