About The CASLE Corporation
CASLE has been in business for 40+ years. Casle has a seasoned group of professionals who focus on the integrated design/build and delivery of medical, commercial and industrial buildings, specializing in Medical Office projects. Our company is divided into three main focus groups - Design; Construction Management; and Property Management. Supporting all of these groups is an experienced financial and administrative support group.

Mr. Sessions founded CASLE over 40 years ago with Ronald Leathers who retired in 1995. Aside from his duties as the Chief Executive Officer of CASLE, over the many years he has developed and managed projects in Connecticut & Massachusetts. He has led the development efforts of buildings containing over 1,000,000 sf.
David was part of a group that founded Simsbury Bank & Trust 17 years ago, a publicly traded banking institution headquartered in Simsbury, CT. He also created and operates a music series to benefit the Beekley Community Library known as the Nights at the Beekley Music Series.

John W. Manners, AIA
John joined CASLE 22 years ago. He is the Principal Architect for the CASLE in house design team JWM Architectural Group During his tenure, he has designed a diverse set of building types including research and development projects, industrial buildings, and medical office building well in excess of 1.0 million square feet

Anthony Mathews
Anthony joined CASLE 21 years ago to work with CASLE's design department led by Mr. Manners. His work over that period also the wide diversity of CASLE's practice. Tony's focus has been on the interior layout of physician practices for the latter part of his career. Some projects include but are not limited to, ProHealth Physicians, Hartford Hospital, and North Haven Central Hospital for Veterinary Medicine.

John Kulik, Director of Asset Management (BOMA-FMA Certified)
Nancy Dooley, Lease Administrator
John joined CASLE over 16 years ago to head up the in house property management team. During his tenure, the size of the portfolio had increased to 37 buildings in excess of 1,000,000 square feet. Prior to CASLE, John was Director of Facilities Administration for ABB and Director of General Services for the American Red Cross.
Nancy joined CASLE 8 years ago to maintain the numerous leases managed by CASLE as well as assist the Director of Asset Management. CASLE’s increasing portfolio required an experienced detail-oriented professional to assist in this area. Prior to joining our team, Nancy was the Property Services Coordinator at FIP Corporation and then worked for a private venture capital firm in Litchfield Ct.

The Construction Management Group
Paul Duran, Project Manager
Paul joined CASLE 26 years ago as a Project Superintendent. His work included new construction projects in industrial, religious, warehouse, education, and medical office as well as numerous renovation projects. In 2007 Paul moved into the main office as a Project Manager. In this role he has successfully completed numerous medical office projects as CASLE became more focused on medical office development, as well as projects of the industrial and storage type. He has overseen projects which have involved demolition of existing buildings to make way for new structures through tenant buildout and site completion. These projects have involved preparations and installation of specialty medical equipment and facilities including ultrasound, X-ray, CT, MRI, Linear Accelerators, Endoscopy, and an Emergency Dept. with Helipad.

John Burger, Project Manager
John joined CASLE 28 years ago as a Project Manager. One of John's first projects with CASLE was to work closely with the town of Glastonbury Ct, during the final stages of the Riverfront Community Center, to value engineer costs and then go on to project manage the construction phase.
Since that time, he has project managed over 20 new medical office buildings, additions, and tenant buildouts. A list of projects include but are not limited to: 9 new medical office buildings at the Gateway Medical Office Park in Glastonbury, Ct., Gaylord Wellness Center in North Haven, Ct., Midstate Medical Office Building in Wallingford, Ct., and the Windham Hospital Medical Office Building in Willimantic, Ct.

Joe Dube, Property Manager
Joe joined CASLE 18 years ago as a Field Technician. After many years in the field he decided to move into the office and become a Property Manager to aid with the management of the increasing portfolio. Before joining CASLE, Joe had his own residential remodeling business for many years.
